About The Golden Vessel
A vessel for faith in action.
Founded by Kalea Dawn Mendez, The Golden Vessel is a Christ-centered ministry based in Owasso, Oklahoma. We bring together local relief, restoration pathways, and international mission support with the conviction that faith becomes tangible through service.

Our mission
A calling to serve, near and far.
Answering the call of Isaiah 58, our Mission is to put true faith into action by breaking the chains of injustice and undoing the heavy burdens -- serving our local communities while funding and supporting vital global missions that preach the Gospel, feed the hungry, shelter the wanderer and clothe those in need.
Our purpose & vision
The future we hope to help build
“We envision a global awakening of active faith where local neighborhoods thrive in unity, the broken walls of communities are rebuilt through the power of the Gospel and a fully equipped international network of ministries ensures that salvation, freedom and tangible relief belong to all people.”
Biblical foundation
Rooted in Scripture. Expressed in service.
Isaiah 58 calls us to loosen burdens and care for those in need. Matthew 25 reminds us to see our neighbors. Acts gives us a vision of community and shared generosity.

For us, faith in action means offering practical care with dignity while remaining clear about our Gospel-centered purpose. Receiving assistance is not presented as a promise of any spiritual outcome.

Faith in action
A life of service, not just a statement
Local emergency assistance, supported restoration pathways, and international mission efforts are distinct expressions of a shared commitment: to meet people with compassion and put faith into practice.
People behind the purpose
Leadership rooted in service
A shared commitment to faith made tangible.
